Every four months PRL arranges to take persons that have “achieved” on a company lunch to one of the best or most well known of London’s restaurants.  Previous restaurant destinations have been Jamie Oliver’s “Fifteen” (pictured left), Gordon Ramsey’s “Savoy Grill” at London’s prestigious Savoy Hotel, L’Ortolan (Reading), OXO Tower (South Bank, London), Babylon Roof Gardens (Kensington), Petrus (Gordon Ramsay), Bibendum & Smiths of Smithfield.

Four times a year PRL has quarterly targets, which if achieved PRL will pay for the whole company to go to Europe (Flights & accommodation paid).  Previous destinations in order have been: Paris, Nice, Prague, Warsaw, Rome, Berlin, Lisbon, Copenhagen & Split.

With so many other European capitals & nice destinations to visit we should not run out of places to go for a while yet. There are two criteria by which you can qualify to go on the European target: first, you will have a team target, & if you help your team to hit this team target you & your team will have qualified; & second, the whole office hits the office target, then irrespective of what teams do, the whole office will have qualified, & the whole office will go.

Since our inception, it has been important for us to look after our team, & give them back more that any other company would, or does.  Part of this ethos means that we organise a Christmas party for the whole team every year.  We historically have chosen large venues (200 to 500+ capacities) in the centre on London, & we organise Limos to escort us to & from our destination.  These events are always black tie events, where all food & most drink (other than champagnes & spirits) are paid for.

This year we hosted our first summer party.  These are less formal affairs, where we can spend one day of the weekend together in the summer, have some drinks, nice food, have some fun activities, & generally have a laugh (hopefully with good weather) together. At last years summer party, directors and managers went in the stocks to help raise £175 for Imperial Cancer Research.
